This article brings together all the sizes for solid wood slats used in Spigoline brand ceiling and wall cladding.
Spigoline is the Spigogroup brand devoted to the manufacture of solid wood slat cladding. It has three different systems of this type of cladding, each with its own characteristics. All systems have a set of standard dimensions. However, as a manufacturer, Spigogroup can respond to requests for solid wood slats with special dimensions when a project requires it
GRID System
GRID System is made up of slats of solid Wood (square or rectangular sections) positioned parallel to each other, joined together by wooden rods (12 mm diameter).
The standard length of the slats in this system is 1,500 or 3,000 mm and they have a width of 15 or 30 mm and a height of 30 or 70 mm.
These slats are joined together to form 340, 350 or 360 mm wide grids, which have 4, 5, 6 or 8 slats each, with a separation between them of 30 or 55 mm, depending on the model.
ACOUSTIC System
Acoustic System is made up of superior acoustic panel with ovoid or circular holes and solid wood slats (square or rectangular section) positioned parallel to each other and perpendicular to this support.
The standard length of the slats in this system is 1,200 or 2,400 mm and they have a width of 20 mm and a height of 50 or 90 mm.
These slats are joined together to form 600 mm wide grids, which have 4 or 8 slats each, with a separation between them of 55 or 130 mm, depending on the model.
LINEAL System
Lineal System is made up of solid wood beams (square or rectangular cross-section) laid parallel to one another and held together by wooden struts. The mounting system is similar to that of acoustic systems.
The standard length of the slats in this system is 1,500 or 3,000 mm and they have a width of 70 or 100 mm and a height of 15 mm.
These slats are joined together to form 340, 345, 390 or 411 mm wide grids, which have 3 or 4 slats each, with a separation between them of 15 mm, depending on the model.
